By using the Grand Dwelling website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Grand Dwelling provides home renovation, interior/exterior design, installations, and related services. All work is subject to a signed contract and project scope agreement.

2. Estimates & Contracts

Estimates are non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes, with written approval required before any additional work begins.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to schedule work. Remaining balances are due upon milestone completion as outlined in your contract. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and content produced by Grand Dwelling remain our intellectual property until final payment is received, after which usage rights are transferred to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Grand Dwelling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the specific project in question.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled work begin receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 20% administrative fee.

Product Returns

Unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective Work

If you discover defects in workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the work at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
